Aaron Davis



Aaron has a B.A in Intelligence Studies from American Military University and served on active duty with the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnance Technician. He has been an aircraft and space enthusiast for his entire life. Aaron lives in Nevada and spends his time thinking up new and interesting inventions and innovations. An avid reader he enjoys both genres of books Sci-fi and non-fiction. He has an unbridled depth of commitment to his team members and their mission. He is committed to making the Human Species a space faring civilization and to the development of technologies that make that possible. He finds novel hardships to be rewarding and challenging. He also loves Dogs and regards Cats as keepers of human pets.

Scott Stegman



Scott holds a B.S. in Astrophysics, a minor is Physics and enough extra credits for a masters. He has worked for a few startups and some of the biggest aerospace companies in the world.  His lifelong dream is to go to outer space, and maybe be one of the first humans to walk on another planet. Scott's hobbies include motorcycles, sailing, surfing, snowboarding, camping, hiking, and most of all tinkering.  He has a passion for exploring the world and to date has been to 49 countries.  He takes his cat, Pablo, just about everywhere with him, even motorcycle riding and camping.

Darold Cummings



President, ForzAero. Mr. Cummings has over 50 year of experience in the design, analysis, fabrication and testing of air vehicles.  He retired from Boeing Phantom Works in 2004 as a Technical Fellow, and has been a consultant to the Aerospace Industry since that time. Mr. Cummings won the prestigious AIAA Aircraft Design Award in 2015, and was also inducted into the Pioneers of Stealth in 2015. In 2021 he was the recipient of the ASME Spirit of St. Louis Medal.


Mr. Cummings has 38 patents in a variety of fields. He has three of his aircraft in museums: The Northrop YF-23 Stealth Fighter (Chief Configurator), the Boeing X-40A Space Plane (Chief Designer), and the Rockwell International Ranger 2000 Jet Trainer (Chief Designer, sole patent holder).

Ryan Micheletti



Ryan Micheletti is Head of Global Operations for the Founder Institute, the world’s largest pre-seed startup accelerator. Russel Brand



A graduate of University of California, Berkeley and MIT with over 40 years of experience in software development, entrepreneurship and early stage investment. Mr. Brand led government agencies, education institutions in the adoption of modern computer security practices, open source adoption, and advanced automation leading to vast cost savings and improved reliability. He has advised, reviewed and/or participated in the due diligence of early stage companies so as to improve the offers and more quickly bring them to market. Mr. Brand holds 7 US patents.

Maxx Jackson



Maxx Jackson is a scientist that spends his time researching and developing manufacturing solutions for the nuclear security enterprise at Y-12 National Security Complex. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Claflin University, and an M.S. in Physics, concentrating in Materials Science from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. Mr. Jackson’s background has focused on the processing and fabrication of ceramic and metal materials for various industrial applications through pressing and casting methodologies. His work has also focused on monitoring the material lifetime and ageing effects that fabricated components may experience under normal or extreme conditions. He leverages his ageing and surveillance experience working with defect detection and failure analysis as an avid ultrasonic analyst, and as a specialist on material characterization techniques that provide fundamental thermophysical property data. His hobbies include reading, playing the violin, producing music, and riding motorcycles.

Tony Seabert



Tony has worked across more than three industries as a mechanical engineer including industrial construction, oil & gas, and aerospace. Early in his career he ventured internationally, in both Europe and Africa, leading corporate restructuring and business development efforts. To challenge his technical skills and to explore his childhood fascination for rockets, he transitioned to NewSpace where he designed, built, and tested multiple rocket engines at Firefly Aerospace and SpaceX.

Recently, Tony has started his own business venture – Minimum Viable Product Engineering – to focus on accelerating new product development of hardware-centric start-ups. He also spends time building a real estate portfolio and was recently elected as Chief Financial Officer for Jacksonville, FL non-profit R.E.S.T.O.R.E.

Mike Suprovici



Mike has helped 100+ emerging VCs launch their firms as the Head of Acceleration for the VC Lab program.  He co-leads investor relations for 200+ LPs  as the Manager of the Founder Institute Select Index program where he has helped launch 13 new funds. As Managing Director of Portfolio Success at FI, Mike oversees FI’s 5k+ company portfolio and helps 300+ start-ups a year raise capital.

Prior to joining the Founder Institute, Mike was the founder and CEO at Explorence, a seed-funded startup that developed iOS apps focused on turning outdoor recreational activities into real life video games. Mike recruited the team, launched 5 iOS apps and raised funding. Torrey Smith



Torrey Smith is the Co-Founder & CEO of Endiatx, a medical robotics company that manufactures tiny robotic pills capable of active movement inside the human stomach with control over internet protocol. Prior to Endiatx he developed medical devices in the areas of endometrial ablation, atherectomy, therapeutic hypothermia, sleep apnea, and vascular closure. An aerospace engineer by training, he takes a keen interest in the deep tech sector, and is a proud mentor of up and coming founders at the Founder Institute.
